Under the RTE Act-2009, free admission to class-1 has been announced for the children of weaker and disadvantaged groups in the academic year: 2024-25.
Under Section 12(1A) of The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act-2009, the Government of Gujarat has implemented a scheme to admit children from weaker and disadvantaged groups to 25% free of charge in unaided private primary schools. Children who have completed six years as on 1-June-2024 and have the following priority are eligible for admission under this scheme in priority order.

jun 2024 થી શરૂ થતા સત્ર માટે ધોરણ 1 મા એડમીશન આપવા માટે RTE એડમીશન 2024 નો સમગ્ર કાર્યક્રમ ડીકલેર કરવામા આવ્યો છે. જે નીચે મુજબ છે.
- શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ પ્રવેશ માટેની વર્તમાન પત્રોમાં જાહેરાત બહાર પાડવી: ૦૫/૦૩/૨૦૨૪
- ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવા જરૂરી ડોક્યુમેન્ટ એકઠા કરવા માટે વાલીઓને આપવાના થતા દિવસ : ૦૫/૦૩/૨૦૨૪ થી ૧૩/૦૩/૨૦૨૪
- ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવા આપવાના થતા દિવસ: ૧૪/૦૩/૨૦૨૪ થી ૨૪/૦૩/૨૦૨૪
- જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મની ચકાસણી કરી એપ્રુવ/રીજેક્ટ કરવાનો સમયગાળો: ૧૪/૦૩/૨૦૨૪ થી ૨૮/૦૩/૨૦૨૪
- માત્ર અમાન્ય થયેલ ઓનલાઈન અરજીઓમાં ખૂટતાં ડોક્યુમેન્ટ અપલોડ કરવા માટે અરજદારોને પુનઃ તક આપવા માટેનો સમયગાળો: ૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૨૪ થી ૦૩/૦૪/૨૦૨૪
- માત્ર અમાન્ય થયેલ ઓનલાઈન અરજીઓ પૈકી પુનઃ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ અપલોડ થયેલ ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મની જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ ચકાસણી કરવાનો સમયગાળો : ૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૨૪ થી ૦૪/૦૪/૨૦૨૪
- પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયાનો પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડ જાહેર કરવાની તારીખ: ૦૬/૦૪/૨૦૨૪

Income limit
For children falling in priority (8), (9), (11), (12) and (13) in rural area Rs. 1,20,000- and in urban areas Rs. 1,50,000/- income limit will be applicable. For admission category requirement, income level, chosen by the parent
Admission will be given considering school priority etc.
To get admission, the parent of the child can fill the admission form on the website https:/rte.orpgujarat.com from 14/03/2024, Thursday to 26/03/2024, Tuesday. All the necessary details in this regard such as which supporting documents to be submitted along with the application by the officer are placed on the website.
Necessary period is kept between the admission announcement and the date of online application so that the applicant can collect the necessary supporting evidence and apply online within the time limit. At the time of filling the online form, the guardian must submit the required supporting documents such as date of birth, proof of residence, proof of category, and proof of income from the slum official, income tax return, and in case the income tax return is not filled, the saved declaration of non-taxable income ( (where applicable) etc. Original documents have to be uploaded online. The print of the online form should be kept by the guardian. The form filled online will not have to be deposited anywhere.
